Tovolo Flex Core Spatula

A silicone spatula with a spine, so it does not flop.

Tovolo's Flex Core spatula has a nylon core for rigidity under a smooth silicone surface, so it mixes, folds, spreads, scrapes, and flips without buckling. The edge tapers to a sharp point to clear the sides of a bowl clean, and a square corner reaches into tight spots. Heat resistant to 600F.
